Foie gras with pineau

The Domaine de Brissaliäre (at Ruffec) markets a foie gras with pineau as well as a "Napoléon lll" paté made of duck and pork meat, grapes and hazelnuts. The company has also called upon a cork and labeling specialist (Delage & Chappe at Cognac) to decorate the glass terrines.
